So I'm two weeks behind on posts. I have a few more written, but some spell checking needs to be done on Lord of the Rings terminology before I can post those. So you all will just have to wait until I'm feeling less lazy.
But a quick update: we're actually in Cairns (pronounced cans), AU right now, headed back to Sydney tomorrow.
How I spent my birthday?
My birthday in AU: Well, we fed kangaroos, then later that night I ate a kangaroo, held a koala (so cute!), held a python (so soft!), JR bought me a cake!, nice dinner (the kangaroo) at this place called Salsa in Port Douglas, then on to a bar with cane toad races (and I won!... after they made me kiss it), then karaoke. We had a pretty good time. :)
My birthdate in America: Went snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef. Pretty damn cool.
Pictures and video (yes video) to follow. At some point. Maybe when I get to Tahiti and all there is to do is lie on a beach (with wifi??).
